REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTRATION FEES
  • Undergraduate / Graduate Fees: $70.00 ( Registration before December 5th,2007)
  • Late Registration: $100.00 (After December 5th, 2007)
  • Faculty Members: Free of Change

DELEGATE DISCOUNTS
  • Delegate Discount for Poster & Talks: A discount will be given to delegates who submit a poster and/or present at a talk.  Full registration fees will be paid upfront and will be reimbursed after the conference.  Reimbursement amounts include: $20 for Poster Presentation & $30 for Talk.

FIELD TRIPS
  • Space is limited for field trips.  Spots will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
  • Hotel reservations for the conference can be made (at an automatically discounted price) at The Marriot Hotel
SUBMISSION
  • Each student club or university must send ONE collective cheque payable to “WIUGC 2008”.
